I have a darling toy poodle who is well behaved and great company and gives a lot of love. My Home is in Richmond, within walking distance to bus stop and Richmond Mall. My house is clean and modern. I am retired and go to Waimea Ladies Club, I like to do water aerobics and plenty of walking to shops and bus stop and movies. There are walkways and cycle-ways closeby. I like organic food within budget and recycle as much as I can. I work from home, but am in and out often. I would prefer a person that likes the quiet life, vegetable gardening and works full time. One room, including wifi, power within limits and gas hot water. I am an active 67 year old, work partime, love my ebike and do frequent trips all over NZ, Pilates is my other passion as is travel. I have been living by myself for 4 years since my husband died. My house is on top of a hill, has great views, access to good walking tracks and the railway reserve is not far. You can walk to the bus stop, but coming home there is always the hill😉. The house is comfortable and warm . The person I like to share with needs to be independent as I am away a fair bit. However, enjoying time together, cooking , gardening and maybe biking would be great. No pets please, as I have an old mini schnauzer who can’t cope with other dogs or cats around as he is almost blind.
